In this session, we reframe fundraising as an operating system made up of interdependent parts—plan, outcomes, budget, team, and donors. You’ll see why events, appeals, and tactics fail when the system isn’t aligned, and how experienced donors actually evaluate readiness before making significant commitments.
Boards are essential to sustainability—but their role is often misunderstood.
